It is important to us to understand your goals. Each project is based on a contract which contains
details of the job as well as a firm estimate. Upon receipt of the signed contract and 40% down,
work on a project is scheduled. Upon completion of the project to both parties' satisfaction, the
balance is due. With receipt of the balance, the finished work is released.
